Free Satellite TV On PC FAQ

There are many sites out there selling products about how to get free satellite TV on your PC but people are wondering – rightly so – whether or not these websites are a scam.

Websites that are offering you free satellite television service using your PC generally explain their ability to provide this service as being due to new technology or software that they have either created or have access to.  The claim from these websites is that using their technology, you can watch thousands of channels from all around the world using a satellite service for your PC. Some even go as far as claiming that many of these channels are high definition!

In return for this great free service, all you have to do is pay a one time fee to these websites.

So What’s the Problem?

First of all, there is no actual thing as free satellite TV (legally at least) and there is no such thing as a satellite that connects to your PC for television.

These websites have no patented technology or software.  Instead what they do is give you links to readily available websites that stream various television stations from all over the world. These websites are free to use and make their money by either having advertisements or corporate sponsors, not by having consumers pay fees.

You may not have heard of these live streaming websites and perhaps you don’t know where to find them, but that doesn’t mean you should be paying upwards of $40 dollars just for a few links.
